Many patients get very frustrated and confused about which providers their insurance will allow them to see as "in network." It’s always best to check directly with your insurance company, but between our three office locations we are able to see patients with almost all insurance plans.

What kind of insurance do you accept?

We accept most St. John’s Insurance plans in the Springfield office and accept Cox and St. John’s insurance plans in Bolivar and Branson offices. This list is subject to change without notice. Please contact your insurance company with any questions and to verify your coverage.

My insurance doesn’t cover infertility treatments; can I still be treated by you?

Yes, we are able to work with the patients prior to their visits so that we can provide the best care.

Will you file my insurance for me?

We file with almost all insurance companies. We will also file a secondary insurance if provided. You will need to provide valid insurance cards at each office visit. If you have any questions please feel free to call.

If my insurance requires me to pay a co-pay, do I need to pay this at the time of my appointment?

Yes, we require that you provide a current insurance card and co-payment on the day of service.

I don’t have insurance. Can I still be treated by you and what is my responsibility prior to my appointment?

Yes, although you will need to make arrangements with our billing department prior to you visit. We are happy to assist you in getting the treatment you deserve. Please bring any documents that our providers may need to help you.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, cash, a valid check or Care Credit*.

*Care Credit provides financial care not covered by insurance, interest free for up to 18 months, does require a short application and should be arranged in advance if possible.
